Superintendent – DC Metro Area
Centurion Selection is proud to partner with a well-established general contractor specializing in community-based projects such as schools, libraries, student, and affordable housing. With 17 years of experience and a strong pipeline of projects ranging from $30M to $150M, our client is seeking a skilled Superintendent to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to help close out existing projects before taking full ownership of future ground-up projects, offering long-term career growth with a stable and secure company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage daily on-site activities, ensuring that project milestones and schedules are consistently met.
· Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and proactively address any issues.
· Oversee all construction phases, from pre-construction through to project closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
· Foster a collaborative work environment focused on clear communication, teamwork, and excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or public sector projects, with 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to foster a team-oriented, safety-conscious work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Competitive base salary: $110,000 – $135,000, commensurate with experience.
· Annual performance bonus: Typically 10-15% of base salary.

· Vehicle allowance: $500 per month plus company-provided cell phone.
